Instead of grumbling over all of the nasty weather that January brings, we plan to make the best of it. It's the beginning of a fresh new year and the cold weather makes this the perfect time to stay inside and tend to some unfinished business around the home office. It's time to play catch-up.

It is very important to keep everything in its place, stay organized, and tie up all loose ends in the office. This helps to maintain a successful and productive workplace.

Prince Edward Island is our #1 favorite vacation spot here in Canada. The red sand, the rolling hills, the seafood, the green pastures, the beaches, the museums, the amusement parks...it can't be beat. Everything about this island is absolutely magical and people are so friendly and welcoming. We, here in Atlantic Canada, were delighted to hear the news that Regis Philbin & Kelly Ripa were taking their show ("Live with Regis and Kelly") to Prince Edward Island this summer. Their visit has been HUGE for Canadian fans of the show and is surely going to boost tourism for the island. As a matter of fact, we heard that over the past few days "Google" has had an increase in searches for "Prince Edward Island"...so much so that it is now the 2nd most searched topic in America!!! Yay for PEI. Regis also mentioned this on the show this morning.

By the way, if you haven't seen any of the "Live with Regis and Kelly" broadcasts from the island yet, be sure to tune in on Wednesday and Thursday of this week for the last two shows from PEI. Today's show was just fantastic!

Hey Divas, long time, no see! We've been crazy busy around here over the past couple of weeks. With the May Divalicious Sample Box campaign on the go, we've been working from sun-up til sun-down everyday trying to have everything ready for the big day. We are very happy to announce that boxes went on sale yesterday at 8:00am ET and were sold out in just over 6 hours. How great is that! Congrats to all of the lucky ones who were able to snag a box and a big round of applause and thank-you to all of our fabulous May 2010 contributors. Don't miss out on the annual "Sizzling Summer Sample Box Sale" coming up in July!

Any spare moments (which have been few and far between..lol) have been spent working on a new "secret project". This project has been in the planning for over two years and has been under construction for over a year. We are very excited to be wrapping things up now and will announce what this "secret project" is soon.

Still lots of work to be done in so many areas...but the good news is that we will be getting back to blogging...soon.

We love scouring yard sales and Etsy shops for items that will make our themed dinners even more exciting. During a recent visit to Dreamscape Twilight, we found and purchased these lovely Paris Tags. They came as a set of 6 for only $1.25.....an excellent deal! They have been distressed to give them that authentic, vintage look and will make perfect place holders for the guests at our next "Paris" dinner.

This masque is made in Canada with "banana extract, coconut milk and vanilla bean powder blended into a base of Australian ivory clay, French yellow clay, honey, oatmeal, rice flour chamomile flowers and soy protein powder. It is scented using chamomile, rosewood and lavender essential oils." You simply apply the masque to your wet face and neck, then wait about 15-20 minutes before rinsing it off. They suggest that you rinse it off with warm water first....then finish with a splash of cold water. This will close the pores and make your face feel fresh and clean! Aaaah....a luxurious "dessert" for your face.
